Kicking off a new season of "𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭..." I’m going to be addressing the problem of 𝐊𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐬! pain, clicking, crunching, giving way, swelling - what does it mean, should you be worried and what can you do about it.

Busy, busy day at Fladbury Walk About today, Rachael completed about 15 seated massages and I did posture assessments and spine checks for 12 lovely people! Great day and great company, thank you Rachael and Jon for all the hard work! We are there again tomorrow, maybe see you there!
