🎄✨ Christmas at Cavendish Park ✨🎄

This festive season, Cavendish Park was filled with music, creativity and the joy of coming together. From an Elvis tribute bringing a little rock ’n’ roll magic 🎶, to cosy community coffee mornings, festive crafts, handmade Christmas cards and our much-loved Christmas market — every moment was about sharing time and creating memories.
We were also proud to celebrate our incredible volunteers with a special Christmas lunch, thanking them for the care, kindness and dedication they bring to our home every day. ❤️
Residents, volunteers, neighbours and friends all played a part in making Christmas at Cavendish Park so special — reminding us that this season is about connection, community and feeling truly at home.

Join us every third Wednesday of the month at our new group, Care 4 You! 💫

This group supports people caring for someone living with dementia and their loved ones, working in collaboration with Age UK Wyvern Dementia Wellbeing Service, the group offers carers and their loved ones a welcoming separate space to connect, share experiences and enjoy refreshments together.

On Wednesday, our fantastic catering team put on a delicious Christmas lunch in our private dining room for our wonderful and amazing volunteers! 🎄❤️

It was a pleasure to celebrate those who give so much of their time and effort into making the residents smile here at Cavendish Park! 🧡 It was our small way of saying thank you for the love, patience, and hard work you all show. Whether that’s our Star Award winning Shelia ensuring our garden is always looking beautiful or our lovely Sandie keeping Muriel and Barbara busy with their weekly crosswords… or beautiful Lyn keeping the knit and matter group from dropping stitches! 🧵 We are so so thankful for you all and everything you bring to the home! 🏡🥰

Yesterday we welcomed Zoe and Lily in to join us for a fun fitness class! Dancing and exercising along to all the festive tunes, getting us into that Christmas spirit! 🎄🧑‍🎄❤️
