“Falling leaves and creative sleeves! 🍂 Our residents had a wonderful time making autumn-inspired crafts — bringing the season’s beauty indoors. 🎃✨

A big thank you to the lovely Gill who came and demonstrated how to make these beautiful autumnal wreaths! We had such fun making them! 🍁 Some of the ladies are planning to gift them to family or hang on there bedroom door’s! 🧡

🇪🇸✨ What a wonderful day at Cavendish Park as we enjoyed our Spanish-themed celebration! Residents spent the day surrounded by the vibrant sights, sounds, and tastes of Spain – from lively music and dancing to delicious tapas and sangria-inspired treats. The atmosphere was full of colour, laughter, and joy, bringing a little sunshine and fiesta spirit to everyone’s day! 💃🎶🍊

Wow what a turn out we had for our Macmillan Cancer Support coffee morning on Wednesday! ☕️💚

Thank you to everyone who came and joined us for a lovely morning of laughter and socialising. We raised a whopping £260 with our raffle and tombola! 🎟️🫶

Next Saturday, Happy is completing her second park run/walk and is continuing to raise money for Macmillan. 🚶‍♀️

We're showing our love and appreciation for the incredible work care workers do every single day, and standing behind The Care Workers' Charity who support those who support others.

🧡 Started the morning doing some autumnal baking 🍰

🧡 Followed by a delicious roast beef Sunday lunch 👨🏼‍🍳

🧡 Ending the day in the cinema watching a film with hot chocolates ☕️

Which pretty much sums up a perfect rainy Sunday! 🌧️

We decided to watch a new film on Netflix called ‘Thursday Murder Club’ which had everyone glued to their seats! Some of the residents had actually read the book a while back and were super excited to watch the film version! 📽️

🐾✨ What a weekend! Cavendish Park Care Home had an amazing time at Moreton Show with our bright and bold super orange stand.

We loved meeting so many fellow dog lovers (and their furry friends!) and spreading a little Cavendish sunshine with our giveaways - from dog bowls to balls and leads, all in our signature orange. 🧡

The best part? Connecting with so many of you who already know us - whether it’s driving past on your commute, hearing about us through a friend, or having a loved one in our care, every story reminded us just how special our Cavendish Park community really is! 🌞

And if you’d like to be part of it, we’d love to welcome you. From Parkinson’s support groups and Tai Chi sessions to our upcoming Cheese & Wine Night, our free community events are open to all. Come along, chat, connect, and feel at home with us 😊

Sharing some beautiful smiles from when we took a trip to Costa Coffee last week! We all enjoyed a delicious coffee and chatted away sharing some mini shortbread bites! Of course, can’t have a coffee without a biscuit! 🍪

Who needs the high street when the shopping comes to you? 🛍️🤩

Yesterday we enjoyed a visit from ‘We Clothe For You’ where they kindly brought all the shopping to us right in the bistro! Everyone had the opportunity to have a browse and shop items they liked! With the new season starting, the knitted jumpers and cardigans was selling straight away! 🥰

Thank you very much to James and Kay for coming to us with all the lovely clothes and making it a shopping experience we will never forget! 🫶
