MEDITATION AND PERSONAL SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND EXPANSION written by Kerry Wallace of Butterflywings the Wings of Freedom

Friday 9th October 2020, brings with it energies of stillness and calm. Today is a day to just allow all to flow. Over the last few days I have had many Angels present with me, and my personal Spirit Guide, Avatar, has been working with me very closely enhancing the energy and ensuring that all 8 of my Clair(s) are as they should be. These senses have been with me since I was born and as a child I freely connected to them without a single thought entering into my human mind. This is what Archangel Raphael, Archangel Chamuel, Archangel Uriel with Archangel Metatron and Archangel Sandalphon with Lady Ariel and many others are now asking me to write about.
I have Abraham Lincoln here also with his hat and a feather quill pen and as I begin to focus my attention on the messages that are being forth today, he asks that I list all the 8 Clair(s):
1) Clairvoyance - the ability to see angel and spirits.
2)Claircognizance - the ability to just know something.
3)Clairaudience - the ability to hear.
4)Clairempathy - the ability to feel and sense emotion.
5)Clairsentience - the ability to receive a clear physical feeling within your body - like "a gut feeling".
6)Clairtangencey - the ability to be touch an object and sense. the energy from it, or knowing someone is coming and is close.
7)Clairsalience - the ability to have clear smelling.
8)Clairgustance - the ability to taste clearly without having anything in your mouth.
See all of these are signs that you are an ESP, an extra sensory person and give forth the gifts to you as an individual to connect with the Ethereal world above. Spirits and Angels and all those who have gone before.
It is important Archangel Gabriel says with Lady Hope right by his right hand side that it is recognised that not everyone connects with all 8 clair(s), there is no right or wrong here.
Being a psychic is different to being a medium, as a medium can channel spirits and also most mediums have the ability to trance also.
Receiving visual and spoken words seeing future events is receiving a premonition. This the angels, your guides will when you connect to spirit and meditate or when you wake in the morning, it is important to remember that the first words, images or messages you receive will be for you personally for that day, that week, that. month. This resonates and flows so naturally with me.
If in your dream state you have dreamt of a person and you recall the words spoken, or the scene in the dream, write it down. However always remember to Spiritually look after YOU before going dashing about to hand messages to others.
Archangel Gabriel sits next to me and Lady Hope smiles as she looks straight into my eyes and she says telepathically to me a message just for me.
With the world as it is right now, it is so so important to take time to continue your own personal spiritual development. Expansion and growth is something that is never ending and I love connecting to the diamond in the centre of my sacred heart space and creating huge torrodial waves of love, which first and foremost swim through my auric field and layers, ensuring that any fragments or attachments are dissolved with pink and purple bubbles of Angelic and Lemurian Love. Then I just allow the angels my guides and whoever else is present to ensure the energy is delivered and dissapated to where it is needed the most on our beautiful Blue Planet, known as Mother Earth.
Then as I take slow deep breaths in filling my lungs with the air that I choose to receive with such deep gratitude and thanks, I allow myself to fall deeper into a state of peace and calm serenity and bliss, with my human mind completely empty. Not allowing a word to enter and form a thought which could create an emotion. This is bliss, this does take time and patience and practice and in doing this, each and every day I am able to maintain and assist with. the emotional traumatic state of our world today and to send out Distance Global Healing through my personal practice of meditation.
Not allowing fear to get hold is a very hard thing to also do, however when it comes, honour it. Fear is a natural emotion. We are all Human Beings all here to experience all emotions. It is in handling these emotions and how we react that is what can fuel or calm a situation. Acknowledge any fear you may feel, thank it and ask it to leave your entire being, on all levels.
Mind Body and Spirit, Mental, Physical and Emotional.
Remember that yesterday was today, today was tomorrow, and that tomorrow never comes, because we only have the moment we are in right now.
As I finish writing this blog and message for one and all today, remember there is only one of you and there is not one person, more important than anyone else on this beautiful planet we call Mother Earth. If you are Spiritual and you are walking an awakened path of enlightenment we are actually ALL awake, the naval chakra in 2012 did this for EVERY SINGLE SENTIENT BEING IN THE ENTIRE MULTI-VERSE.
That ladies and gentleman is called Clairsentience and whether you are actively walking a very Spiritual Awakened path and work with Spirit, or Reiki or Crystals or Natural Energy healing of any form this is the Clair that connects us to sensing and feeling, and as Human Beings we ALL sense and we all have feelings...........
This is the one Clair, that actually gives me the capacity to actually sense when I receive a text message a messenger message or any form of written message exactly HOW the person is feeling and how that message has been sent. It quite often takes a lot of self discipline and deep breath work and strength as a human being NOT to react especially when I know that there is a hidden message or agenda being deflected.
When we can allow it to be handed up and done with love from the diamond core of your own sacred heart space aligned and balanced with the tandem precision of yin and yang of your own self then this creates a beautiful feeling of beautiful surrender......
