I have suffered for many years with stress related tightness in my neck and right shoulder mainly from gardening, cleaning and having children 😅 and it showed up visibly within minutes of using just light strokes. I’ve never had Indian head massage before but it wasn’t long before I could physically begin to feel myself uncoil and gain more flexibility in my neck, and then in my shoulder and by the time the hour was up I felt almost full flexibility, I needed to drink a lot of water as naturally the bodies healing mechanisms kicked in and it had released a lot of toxins which I needed to flush out and today after a pain free sleep I did my usual stretches and can practically turn my head fully to each shoulder: l feel like an owl 😊 wow! I will be back as regularly as I can to get the full measure of this fantastic therapy. Thank you Neena 🙏🥰
