A recent study in the Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health has uncovered further evidence of the potential life-enhancing benefits of running. Yes, it looks like there is a positive connection between running and the biological age of our cells.🔬

Not a runner, don't panic! 😩

What's important to remember is there are other studies out there that indicate that higher overall physical activity can also have similar effects.🥳 So, you could get this biological benefit from other forms of vigorous exercise, it just so happens that the study mentioned in this post focuses on running/jogging.🏃🏼‍♀️

There's still plenty more research needed, but it's exciting to know that every time you lace up your shoes you are taking a positive step towards your long term health. ☺️🏃‍♂️
