Lesley Edwards - Alexander Technique Teacher Alexander Technique Teacher based in Evesham Hi, I am an Alexander Technique Teacher based in Evesham. I have been practising the Alexander Technique since 2004.

The Alexander Technique can help you discover your natural poise, calm and sense of well-being. At the time I was having severe neck, back and shoulder pain and found the Technique helpful in many ways - it reduced my pain, helped me deal with stress and anxiety, improved my breathing, gave me a greater freedom of movement and improved my confidence. Because I had found the Alexander Technique so useful, I decided to do the 3 year course and gain the necessary qualification to teach it. I now have 7 years teaching experience. It is a joy to be able to help others also reap the benefits the Alexander Technique has to offer. I teach from my home in Evesham, lessons are on a 1-1 basis and last approx 40 mins.

Covid rules may be changing on the 19th July but rest assured I will still be wearing my mask and will continue to with my extra hygiene/ventilation regimes in my teaching room. I would be grateful if pupils could also wear their masks. Thanks.
