Barbara has lived at Yates Court for 18 Years and continues to take part in the various activities and well-being events which take place. On Tuesday, we hosted an holistic well-being event attended by 20 health and wellbeing professionals. Residents, staff and visitors were able to access information, guidance and support from a range of professionals. A great example of co-production and partnership working to enhance the resident experience.

Yesterday Comic Relief celebrated its 40th anniversary, to mark this special occasion Residents,Staff, Volunteers and our Day Centre visitors came together to enjoy a range of fun activities and share in the wonderful cakes. Thank you to all the staff who took the effort to bake cakes and make the event so special. We were visited by Nigel Huddelston MP who enjoyed chatting to staff and residents about life at Yates Court.

Yesterday residents enjoyed a fantastic Shrove Tuesday event organised by our activity and lifestyle coordinator Charlottee. Residents commented on how lovely the pancakes were which were cooked by Shelley - team leader.
