As much as I love my hands-on practice and seeing significant improvements in my clients' health and wellbeing, I see the limitations this kind of approach brings. In order to empower ourselves and heal for the long term, we need more profound inner work. Our emotions and beliefs have a massive impact on our overall life – not only physically being expressed in disease and pain – but also in daily life we are creating. I have found combining Massage, Reiki and Energy Psychology is the most efficient way to help my clients.

Wow… what a night we shared together. ✨

Last night’s Cacao & Dance felt like a beautiful tapestry woven from the hearts of every soul who showed up. A gathering of kindred spirits, each arriving with their own story, energy, and truth - and yet moving together in such harmony.

We dropped into our bodies.
We listened to our inner wisdom.
We honoured our sovereign selves.
And we allowed the movement, the breath, the cacao, and the music to guide us back home to who we really are.

What I love most about these evenings is how different each one feels.
The energy, the insights, the releases… everyone receives exactly what they need in that moment. And when we share the space together, something powerful happens - our experiences amplify, our perspectives open, and we rise as one.

Individually, we are powerful.
Together, we are unstoppable.

Thank you to everyone who joined, who trusted, who opened their hearts, and who allowed themselves to be witnessed exactly as they are. It is an honour to walk this journey with you.

Honouring Our Ancestors, Remembering Through Love

Saturday night was beyond words - a tapestry of tenderness, remembrance, and deep connection. Together, we wove our energies with those of our ancestors, opening our hearts through cacao, voice, movement, and candlelight.

It was a night full of emotion - gentle tears, laughter, playfulness, and stillness - all held in the most loving and sacred space. Through our voices and our breath, we bridged worlds, bringing peace and light to our hearts and to those who walked before us.

I feel immense gratitude to each soul who joined and co-created this evening - for your courage, presence, honesty, and open hearts. You made this space magical. ✨

May the love and peace we touched ripple out into the world. 🌍

All Souls Night – Honouring the Ancestors with Cacao & Song
🕯 Saturday, 1st November • The GateHouse, Evesham

In my Polish tradition, on the 1st of November, we visit cemeteries, light candles, bring flowers, and remember our loved ones who have passed.
Since I now live far from my homeland, I can’t be there physically - but I can still honour this day in my own way, by weaving the essence of who I am into the present moment.

I invite you to join us in honouring and celebrating those who walked before us through ceremony, song, and movement. This is one of the ways we can remember, give thanks, and feel the love that continues to flow through generations.

It’s also a Celtic sacred time, celebrated as Samhain and All Souls - when the veil between worlds is thin, and our hearts can sense the presence of those who came before us.

This gathering is very special to me in many ways.
And co-creating it with my dear friend and soul siStar Ruana - journeying together with like-hearted souls through Mama Cacao, voice, conscious movement, and candlelight ceremony - makes it even more meaningful.

I’m warmly inviting you to a special gathering that I’m co-creating with my dear friend and soul siStar Ruana Xerri-West.

Ruana holds the most heart-opening song circles, like Purple Heart Song Circle, and the deeply transformative Song of Now — a vocal improvisation group that, for me personally, was life-changing. She gave me the space to truly activate my throat chakra, and that opened so much for me.

Now, for the second time, we’re coming together to bring the fullest of ourselves and hold sacred space for others — to gently connect with your heart, honour your ancestors and loved ones who have passed, and allow yourself to soften and awaken your inner voice of wisdom and connection.

🌾 Honouring Our Dreams | Lammas Reflections 🌾
On my birthday, I began a long-awaited project: refurbishing a piece of furniture that had been quietly waiting in the corner for years.
Just like some of our dreams… they sit, they wait for us to say yes and offer them our energy.
And sometimes, we lose touch, unsure if a dream is even ours anymore.
Today, on Lammas, the celebration of the first harvest, I completed it.
The final k***s were added, and there it stands. It may not be everyone’s taste, but it’s not meant to be.
It’s my dream, and I’ve brought it to life my way.

We so often look at our dreams through the eyes of others… wondering what they’ll think, seeking approval before we act.
And sometimes, we lose touch — unsure if a dream is even ours anymore.

But when we pause… reconnect… and put our hands (and heart) into something that’s truly ours - magic happens.
It may be messy at first, imperfect, uncertain, but it’s real. And that’s powerful.

So on this Lammas day, I honour the seeds I once planted and the ones you’ve planted too.
