One minute you’re busy getting on with your day, the next you’re halfway through a bag of tortilla chips, and wondering how on earth it happened… 😳🤦🏼‍♀️
I know that feeling because I’ve been there!
Slimming World helped me to do some detective 🕵🏽 work around my emotional eating triggers, and to develop the strategies to take back control.

For anyone feeling they can’t do it…⬇️⬇️⬇️
You can ❤️

OMG!!! 🤩 I achieved this little beauty this morning in my Slimming World group I attend as a member….can’t quite believe it…I’m so happy!😁
As a member myself of 12.5 years, I achieved my target 2 years ago after losing OVER 15 Stone….since then I’ve endeavoured to remain within my target range but was really missing the support of my fellow slimmers in my group for the support, sharing ideas and the SW family feel you get in group…after over 18 months of weighing in my members group, rather than a group of my very own, my focus and weight had slipped and I found myself too far away from target that was comfortable.

So at the end of last year, I have been attending a group where I can be a member (rather than a consultant) so I can get the additional support I know I need ….they’re lovely and welcomed me without judgement and after a bit of a bumpy start, I’m now getting closer back to my original target.

And I FEELS AMAZING!!!😁
I am back in control and it is a fabulous feeling ❤️

Our SW family has helped in so many ways and I also have the best supportive friends in my life encouraging me and never giving up on me …they’ve believed in me when I’ve lost belief in myself.
I am truly blessed and could not be feeling as I do today without their help 🙏❤️

We all those very special people in our life❤️

Almost halfway back to target…now I KNOW I can DO it!!!
