We had a lot of fun yesterday making miniature May poles. Thank you to Lesley, volunteer, for taking the lead. We also had help from 2 pupils that go to St Pauls Catholic school. A lovely team work afternoon, enjoyed by all.

We had a lot of fun with messy paint, painting leaves and printing them on paper, as well as hands. A very enjoyable afternoon with staff, volunteers and family members.

We a huge congratulations to Amandeep and Sukhy for getting the Champion of the month reward, Amandeep for February and Sukhy for March. Well done!!

To end our celebrations of Easter, we made cup cakes from scratch and then decorated them. We made a cross out of pretzels and then used white icing on the cross and green icing for the flower greens and put edible flowers on the green. They looked so nice. Family enjoyed them with their tea.

We had a special time doing a Passover hunt. We had pictures and Bible verses matching the pictures hidden all around the building of things leading up to Jesus' crucifixion. Once all was found we gathered in the lounge, we realized that nobody had found one of the pictures, so I sent all the volunteers out to go find it and the first one back would be the overall winner with their family member. So much fun. Once everyone was back in the lounge I handed out chocolate eggs to everyone.

We decorated our Easter bonnet hats ready to parade it the next day. We had so much fun making them and especially parading our 'line of hats'😜
