Archway Cleaning Company is hiring an Area Supervisor/Mobile Cleaner to manage multiple cleaning sites, support staff, and uphold high-quality service standards. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone ambitious, reliable, and ready to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise cleaning operatives across designated sites
• Maintain quality and compliance against company standards
• Organise rota cover, training, and on-site support
• Carry out basic reporting, checks, and documentation
• Provide occasional hands-on cleaning cover when required

Requirements
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in cleaning or team supervision (preferred)
• Strong organisation, communication, and decision-making skills
• High level of reliability, initiative, and professionalism
• Flexibility to respond to business needs

What We Provide

Working Conditions

Hello there my name is Snezanna. Six years ago I decided to help business owners concentrate on their work, and me worry about keeping the place impressively clean for clients. My husband, Darius and I started this project off as a family business in which we put heart and soul into. I wanted to create something bigger, better and more reliable. That is when Archway Facilities was born.

Today we are professional cleaning company with full-time and part-time employees. Every member of staff go to extensive in-house training before they can work on their own. We have team leaders to for jobs to check at every step of the way, so you know you are in safe hands.
