This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing branch with excellent career prospects and be given all the tools and support they need to excel within the position. You will initially begin the role as the care manager and be given all the support needed to take on registration for the branch.
For the successful candidate duties will include but not limited to:
Overseeing all day running of the branch, managing the safety and the quality of the business including all service assessments and risk management. Ensuring each customer’s rights and wishes are at the centre of all care provided, liaising with local authorities and health care professionals, ensuring that CQC standards are being met, recruitment, retention and training of staff

To be considered you will:
Hold a QCF level 5 certificate, ideally have worked as a registered manager previously, have at least 2 years experience of managing and developing staff team in a Domicilliary care setting including recruitment, supervision, and training. Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of CQC requirements, have excellent communication skills and good administrative skills, be confident to make sure our client policies, procedures and instructions are implemented effectively. Have a full driver’s licence, be passionate and dedicated in order to ensure the success of the branch

Job Type:Full time,Permanent
Salary:£36000 per year
Schedule:8 hour shift
