For £60 indulge yourself in a rejuvenating 20 minute dry body brush (back only), back exfoliation, followed by a 30 minute back massage.
Followed by a 30 minute facial and scalp massage and ending with breathing techniques.

(The perfect way to escape the pre-Christmas stress this season.)

Prices have increased by a small amount to reflect my qualifications and experience (whilst also keeping clients in mind).

(Currently training in lash lifts and dermaplaining facials. High frequency facials will be available in the New Year.)

Treatments are 60 minutes, or 30 minutes.

Just a quick reminder regarding my policy concerning massage:
I'm taking no more than 4 full body massages in a day.
This is to protect myself from wear and tear injuries and repetitive strain injury.

With guided breathwork at the end, melt away any tension with a traditional Indian Head Massage. Focusing on the shoulders, neck and head, this is the perfect introduction to massage. 🤍

A mini pamper session starting with a soak in our foot spa. 🫧
Legs are exfoliated along with the feet, followed up with a leg and foot massage and moisturiser.
Scalp massage included whilst the leg/foot mask works.

A quick 30 minute facial that offers the following; double cleanse, tone, exfoliation, mask and moisturise.

🫧🧖‍♀️✨️"The uglier you go to bed, the hotter you wake up"✨️ is what Tiktok skincare trends "the morning shed" is having us believe.

🤍Its having a thing at the moment and going viral. However, is it really good for your skin? Let's explore... ➡️

🫧🧖‍♀️Too many eye patches, face masks, chin straps etc on the face can actually pull and cause damage to the skin.
Imagine the damage that constantly putting on plasters and then ripping them off can do to your skin?- A lot!
This is what you're doing to your skin every morning by taking part in this trend. (Pulling and tugging, which can cause wear and tear.)

🤍Although having a skincare routine is essential, its important not to overwhelm your skin at the same time.
Too many products can not only damage and pull at the skin, they can also disrupt the delicate PH balance.

🫧🧖‍♀️A cleanser suited to your skin type, two serums (recommended; hylarounic Acid, retinol, Vitamin C), moisturiser, and a good SPF is all you need on a daily basis.

🤍Although it can be fun to take part in these trends, it isn't mandatory and can cause more harm than good to your skin.
