MOONSOUND 🌕 7.10.25

Such a different energy this month...can't wait to see what comes through in harmonies and overtones tonight after this little soundcheck snippet this morning.

So this Moon will stand directly opposite the Sun in Libra, reaching peak illumination and ushering in the Full Moon in Aries, also known as the Harvest Moon.
This lunation is extra potent because it’s also a Supermoon; the first of three & a Supermoon occurs when the Moon is at its closest point to Earth in its orbit, appearing larger, brighter, and emotionally louder than usual.

Sound Translation: if Full Moons already feel like a big deal, this one’s basically on surround sound.
So I have designed some special resonance & transitions 🌀

So what makes this Aries Harvest Supermoon stand out?
It’s karmic. It’s generational. It’s about breaking patterns you didn’t sign up for but somehow inherited | family traditions of hyper-independence | beliefs that you have to hustle alone | reflexes that make you put up armour instead of asking for support.

Aries is the zodiac’s warrior, and this lunation invites you to examine the difference between fighting for yourself versus fighting with yourself.

As this Harvest Supermoon shines bright, let it be your reminder that independence and self-sufficiency are powerful, but they’re not about isolation.
You can be both strong and supported, fierce and connected.

We’ll begin with a gentle chakra-balancing yoga flow, followed by a delicious nourishing brunch (because what’s a retreat without good food?! ).

Then we’ll dive into a beautiful session with Harie, where she’ll guide you through using tuning forks and vibrational sound frequencies to help recharge your energy, support your immune system, and find deep inner calm.

So excited to share this with you all and so many thank you's for helping make this happen.

My Reiki journey began back in 2003 and therapeutic sound has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. So a course that is a synergy of both was probably inevitable.

These two modalities have seen me through so much of the twists and turns of the last twenty something years and been the most incredibly powerful self care tools imaginable... (oh & maybe a few crystals too 😉).

It has not only kept me anchored, connected, calm and energy aware, but it has also helped to support friends, family, clients & teaching teenagers in secondary school too.

Last year, like so many of you, was extremely challenging. My husband still recovering from his journey with cancer and then my son at 23yrs suddenly having heart failure from several previously undetected inherited heart conditions.

Reiki Sound just cocooned me and gave me so much strength to support everything going on.

I'll stop here but I would love to get this out to anyone who is a Reiki Practitioner and would love to work safely and sensitively with sound in their sessions or for themselves.

It has truly become one of my most favourite methods of working with energy.
