There are lots of different steps you can take to try and manage symptoms of IBS. However, if living with IBS is impacting your mental health, you don't have to go through this by yourself.
At TALKWORKS we run an IBS workshop which provides information and advice for people living with the condition. Our next workshop is taking place on Wednesday 13 May at midday and places are still available. Visit our website to find out more or email the team at dpt.talkworks@nhs.net.
