I can really resonate with this visual!!!!

It was December 2016, 2 weeks before Christmas 🎄 and I was fed up with feeling fed up about how I looked & felt about myself 😕😕

My exact words to my partner were "I'm about to do something I might regret, but if I don't do it, I won't know, and something needs to change"! 😳

Off I went to a local Slimming World group, was met with warmth, friendly faces and a whole load of support.💖💖

Little did I know then, that I would end up running that group as well as 2 others! 😳💖💖💖

But here I am, 5 years later, so glad I made that decision to change my life 💓💓💓

On International Men's day, it only seems right I take the time to show off just 1 of the men who has embraced the Slimming World plan and changed his life 💙🙌💙🙌💙🙌

I have some fabulous male members in each of my 3 groups and I can't wait to show them off to you all, with their permission, of course 😉

Now, if you really know me, you will know I am a bah humbug when it comes to Christmas 🎄

But when I invite myself to a different team meeting re my Slimming World groups, and they ask me to wear something Christmassy 🎄🎊 it was only polite that I did just that 🎄🎉🎊
