A heartfelt thank you to all our patients who took the time to complete a Friends & Family feedback response in January, and to our team members for their continued dedication in caring for our patients. It’s wonderful to see so many positive comments at the start of the year.

The practice continues to make improvements and recruit new clinical and administrative staff to ensure we provide the high-quality care our community deserves.

The annual GP Patient Survey will soon be sent to patients. This survey is run independently on behalf of NHS England, not by the practice, and the results are usually published mid-year. We are grateful for our patients’ continued feedback about our services, which helps us improve the care we provide.

NOTICE OF PRACTICE CLOSURE TUESDAY 10TH FEBRUARY

Please be aware the practice will be closed from 1pm on Tuesday 10th February in conjunction with our Primary Care Network for Staff Training. This is the first of three planned closures for 2026.

If you require medical assistance during this time, please still contact the practice on 01404 819207 and our lines will redirect your call to the out of hours team from 12.30pm.

We will reopen as normal on Wednesday 11th February. Non-urgent administration requests can still be made during this time via the website. Prescriptions can be ordered quickly and easily via the NHS App or website.
