I’m Sarah. As a full-time holistic therapist with over four years of experience, I am deeply grateful to spend my days supporting others on their path to wellbeing. My journey began with training in reflexology at the Devon School of Reflexology. I am now a Reiki Master, as well as ITEC massage and spa trained.

I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and soul. To further this, I am currently expanding my practice into sound therapy with crystal and Himalayan bowls.
