Align provides the option of Integrative Psychotherapy or the combination of Meditation and Counselling. Both styles of healing enable clients to address long-standing patterns or beliefs that are holding them back from experiencing the life they desire.

💫 Distance Reiki session

Last night I gave the first distance Reiki session since having my daughter and becoming a Reiki Master. Loved the reminder of the deep joy you feel as the practitioner, experiencing the flow of energy through you.
