Every year on April 22nd, Earth Day marks the anniversary of the birth of a global movement.

Today, Earth Day is marked by more than a billion people every year and according to its founders is "a day of action to change human behaviour and create global, national and local policy changes."

Our planet is an amazing place, but it needs our help to thrive 🙏🏼✨🤍 That’s why by participating in activities like picking up litter and planting trees, we can making our world a happier, healthier place to live 😊🌳🌎

How to ground & connect with Mother Nature..

🎶Sound has been utilised in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. It is also one of the best ways to ground and connect with Mother Nature 🌳🍃

For example, placing a Weighted Om Tuning Fork on your heart centre or on the bottom of your feet can help you feel grounded and connected. Other excellent sound healing instruments to use are frame drums, shakers, gongs, and Tibetan and crystal singing bowls.

Another grounding technique is using a singing bowl around the feet or even placed on the body. We recommend the note "C” as correlates with the root chakra.The vibration of this instrument will reverberate in the whole body, calming the nervous system and allowing you to get into a state of relaxation and calm
