Meet Rachel.

After originally training as a massage therapist with the School of Bodywork, she continued developing her clinical skills and later became part of the teaching team. Today she supports students both in the classroom teaching Therapeutic Hot Stones Massage, as an examiner for the Therapeutic Massage Diploma, as well as behind the scenes as the school’s digital support.

Alongside teaching, she is also the founder of Therapist Collective Co., a platform created to support massage therapists with the business side of their work — something many therapists are never taught during their training.

She provides resources, guidance and one-to-one business coaching, helping therapists feel more confident not only in their practical skills but also in building a sustainable and successful practice.

Her work across both the school and Therapist Collective Co. is driven by a simple belief: that great therapists deserve the support, skills and confidence to build fulfilling careers in the profession.

Rachel explains that good therapists aren't defined by strength or confidence on day one. They're defined by curiosity, presence & a willingness to keep learning.

That foundation starts at the beginning. If you're thinking about training, our Introduction to Massage course is where it begins.

Rachel is our Digital Support, Therapeutic Hot Stones Massage tutor, Therapeutic Massage Diploma examiner, and provides Business Support in-house for our School of Bodywork students as well as other massage & therapy professionals

A curiosity.
A pull towards working with people.
A quiet thought of “maybe I could do this…”

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to start somewhere.

Our next Introduction to Massage course is on 13th March.
9 places are already filled.

If you’ve been waiting to feel “ready” — this might be your sign.

The Fascial Bodywork Diploma begins on 16th March ✨

This is advanced, intelligent hands-on work for therapists who want to go beyond routine treatment and truly understand how the body connects, compensates and communicates.

If you’ve been feeling ready to deepen your skills, refine your touch and work with more confidence and clarity — this is your moment.

We keep groups intentionally small so there’s plenty of individual support, supervision and real clinical discussion. There are just a few spaces remaining for this intake.

If it’s been on your mind, take this as your sign to stop circling and start committing.

Message us if you’d like more details or a chat before booking.

This is the quiet shift that changes how therapists work over time.

The Fascial Bodywork Diploma has been developed to reflect the growing understanding of fascia in therapeutic practice.

It offers structured, in-depth learning for therapists who want to work with more clarity, responsiveness, and confidence — grounded in both theory and hands-on experience.

Next course starting soon, for more information and to join us visit www.schoolofbodywork.com or contact info@schoolofbodywork.com

This feedback came from a student who completed our former Myofascial Release Diploma — the programme that has since evolved into the Fascial Bodywork Diploma.

The heart of the learning remains the same: developing clarity, clinical reasoning and a deeper understanding of how the body connects and responds. What’s changed is the depth, structure and expanded integration of current fascial understanding.

Growth in practice doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it’s a quiet shift — from applying techniques to truly understanding what you’re feeling beneath your hands.

As our understanding of fascia continues to develop, so has our teaching. The Fascia Bodywork Diploma builds on this original training, offering an expanded and more integrated pathway for therapists who want to explore this work in greater depth.

Join us in March or November for our next intake of Fascial Bodywork students!

The Fascia Bodywork Diploma has been developed for therapists who want to move beyond technique-led practice and work with greater awareness of how the body connects, responds and adapts.

This is structured, in-depth learning — designed to support sustainable, thoughtful bodywork over time.

If you’re ready to explore fascia as understanding rather than trend, this pathway offers that depth.

We had a fabulous two days with Ana last week deepening our students’ knowledge and understanding of the breath, diaphragm and exploring some of the many relationships they each have with the rest of the body and the nervous system.

Ana is the perfect complement to what we already teach here at the School in our Fascial Bodywork Diploma, bringing more of the movement element to our work, as well as a wealth of anatomical knowledge (which I can personally never get enough of!).

Thank you Ana and thank you to all that attended for a thoroughly enjoyable couple of days! We have plans to run more workshops in the future so watch this space for more info when it comes!
