On Wednesday I had the privilege of speaking to the Exeter branch of the Royal Osteoporosis Society Support Group at St Leonard’s Church, Topsham Road.
The talk was titled ‘An introduction to Natural Energy Medicine’. I had the opportunity to introduce the enormous benefits of Reiki to a group of people, some of whom have spent years living with pain and reduced mobility, often dependent on drugs to ease their symptoms. Because Reiki is a complementary therapy, its ability to accelerate healing, relieve pain and improve mental health can work alongside conventional treatments without any adverse effects, optimising healing and quality of life.
It was a very welcoming and receptive audience, and I am very grateful to Phyll Taylor for inviting me.
