🚨 THE TRUTH BEHIND EVERY DIET YOU’VE EVER TRIED...

Keto. Slimming World. 5:2. Meal replacement shakes. Low carb. Clean eating. Juice cleanses. Points. Intermittent fasting...we could go on and on.

They all work the same way 👇

They help you eat fewer calories than you burn.

👉 That’s it. Calorie deficit.

Let me break it down:

Calorie Counting = You track what you eat, and burn more than you consume

= Calorie deficit

Weight Watchers / Slimming World = Different language (points/syns), same maths

= Calorie deficit

Meal Replacements = Swap a 600-cal meal for a 200-cal shake

= Calorie deficit

Intermittent Fasting = Eat in a smaller window → Less time = usually less food

You have two choices...

1: Stay where you are sat on your ass living inside of a body that gives you nothing back except poor mental health, poor physical health, higher risk of chronic disease, early chance of a death bed....i could go on and on...

Or,

2: Stand up and take action.
