Get still and ask yourself these questions, be honest with your answers and notice what arises for you.

This is radical honesty with yourself and how you are living? It’s not to shame or to put yourself down it’s important to hold yourself with the love as you explore shadow aspects of yourself. But love yourself enough to actually create the change.

Feel free to share your answers below and follow my page if you’re ready to achieve your goals and fall in love with your life ✨

The nervous system doesn’t soften through force, mindset, or positive thinking.
It softens through safety, rhythm, and connection and nature offers us this.

Thats because the body doesn’t experience itself as separate from the earth, only the mind does.

On a physiological level, we are constantly responding to our environment.
Trees, colours of nature, natural sounds and organic rhythms, these are signals the nervous system recognises as safe.

This is why being in nature brings us back into the body so quickly.
When the body rests against the earth, it receives cues of support and containment.
The breath deepens. Muscles release. Awareness drops out of the head and into the body.

Regulation happens not because we’re trying, but because the body is receiving support.

When you’re in nature, connecting to the earth everything slows down.
A sense of presence arises.
There is nothing to achieve here except to simply just be.
As the things that once felt so important melt away, the body remembers its belonging.
Nature reminds the body of what it already knows.
