Hot Tub Operations Training 💦

Today we delivered practical training covering the key aspects of hot tub management, including emptying, draining, cleaning, water testing, chemical use, and the core principles of water quality control for the team at Haulfryn Brokerswood.

Hot tubs require careful monitoring and consistent management to ensure they remain safe, clean, and operating effectively. Understanding testing, dosing, hygiene, and system maintenance is essential for anyone responsible for their operation.

We provide training for leisure teams, site staff, holiday parks and any facilities operating hot tubs and spa pools commercially.

Weve just finished delivering a First Aid course for our clients at Haulfryn Brokerswood!

We have just finished our First Aid course for the staff at Haulfryn The Warren!

Wonderful few days delivering and congratulations to all 10 members of staff who learned about CPR, critical ailments, trauma and medical related symptoms in a action packed course!

Another busy few days delivering our 3-Day Pool Plant Course!

From understanding water chemistry to hands-on testing, plantroom walkthroughs, and incident scenarios - the group worked hard and asked some excellent questions to ensure they gained thorough understanding of what it takes to operate a plant room in the leisure industry.

We always aim to make these courses practical, relevant, and directly applicable to real facilities — not just ticking boxes.

Huge well done to all candidates for their effort - last thing to get signed off is their assignments!

Busy week for us down in Cornwall delivering an NPLQ lifeguard course at Praa Sands Holiday Park

From intense water rescue sessions to lifesaving scenarios and first aid, the group put in a huge amount of effort and showed exactly what it takes to become a Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK lifeguard!

Tonight we were back in action for 2026 with Lifeguard staff training at Alphington School Pool with the lifeguard team.

Great session covering both in-water rescue skills and dryside aspects.

The team refreshed and practised:
•🏊‍♂️ Water work rescues & casualty management
•🛟 Spinal techniques and safe extractions
•⛑️Dryside incident response and teamwork
•🩹First aid, CPR, and emergency procedures
•🗣️Communication, supervision, and decision-making under pressure

Regular, realistic training is essential to keep skills sharp, confidence high, and standards exactly where they should be — protecting customers and supporting each other as a team.

Another solid session with a motivated group who took it seriously and performed well 👏

Early start for us this morning as we had a Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK Pool Lifeguard re-assessment for 6 x members of staff at Ladys Mile!

We were back in North Wales at the incredible Haulfryn The Warren delivering workplace first aid training for 12 x members of staff! ⛑️

All of our first aid courses cover far more than just the basics:
