Having join us as our content creator felt really special.

Nat first came to me a couple of years ago when she was on her own path and seeking guidance. I remember how deeply she connected to the healing — she had such powerful downloads even then about where she was heading.

I used to Q U E S T I O N everything I’d been through…
until I saw the pattern.

I’ve been HOLDING more than I’ve been saying lately.

And if I’m honest… this season has been a lot.

My partner was rushed to hospital with paralysis caused by Graves’ disease and is now waiting for surgery.
My daughter has been in and out of hospital.
And my brother is in stage 4 kidney failure — I’m currently being tested to see if I can donate my kidney, as I’m the only one in my family who doesn’t carry the gene.

And somewhere in the middle of all that… I became a mum.

There have been moments I didn’t talk about.
Postnatal anxiety. Panic. Overwhelm.
Trying to hold everything together behind the scenes.

But if anything… I’ve been showing up more than ever.

Working harder. Creating more. Doing everything I can to support my family and keep my business going.

I think part of me felt ashamed to admit I was struggling.
Ashamed because I’m a therapist.
Like I should be able to carry it all.

But the truth is — I’m human first.

You can be strong and struggling.
You can be grateful and overwhelmed.
You can be holding it all together… and still feel like it’s a lot.
