Healing Touch by the Sea Trauma Informed Therapist offering healing with No Hands Massage the gentle giant of Massage. I believe touch and trauma therapy go hand in hand.

I am so passionate about touch having experienced touch that was transformation and really was a huge part of my journey of healing trauma. I offer a safe space and I am trauma informed and knowledgeable about the nervous system and healing trauma. I am there to provide the support you need to go as deeply as you would like to heal. I love to dance and sing and do crazy things like swim in the sea in winter. I have a Level 3 Qualification as a Massage Therapist (Indian Head Massage; Hot Stone Massage; Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy Massage) and Advanced Massage Training in NO HANDS Massage. I am a Trauma Release Therapist in training. My background is varied some of my practices and training include EFT and Psyche K which can I use to help support you through your journey to healing.
