WOOD MEDI SPA South Tawton , near Okehampton - Yesterday setting up for a " Vogue V lift" PDO threadlift to the lower face. Stunning views of the gardens from the treatment room is a bonus ! I first started dissolvable theadlifting in 2012 using Silhouette Soft . PDO had already been established in South Korea for some time before it came to the UK , I was one of the first doctors to train in using it in 2014 .
Allow 1.5 hours for the consent , photos, although procedure time is shorter. Request a full information sheet and check out the website for some B&As.

Happier Days Jamaica 1986 on elective as a medical student.

So we are CLOSED IN ESHER until March now 2021. I made this decision in view of the prevailing circumstances.

Whilst medical clinics can remain open , I have factored in urgency and necessity , I believe its more sensible to defer all aesthetic treatments and not encourage people to take journeys or interactions unless for absolute essentials needs . Our hospitals are having to upscale their Covid facilities and resources run thin.

Happier time's will return, we will meet again and have laughs and fun times, until then stay safe everyone. Dr Bea

So whilst I'm relocating my private life to EXETER I'm excited to have been asked to be MD at this CQC registered facility and will be there as an independent medical practitioner.
At the moment I'm offering my usual aesthetic services on a Wednesday and alternate Fridays
From Feb 2021 I'll be returning twice a month on a Friday/Saturday

We're working towards re-opening and helping you get ready for what may be a "stay-cation" or even - "home-cation" and I have received emails from patient wanting to return ASAP for skin treatments and assessments but we will not be amongst the first clinics to do so. JULY still remains our aim.
We need to ensure your SAFETY ( and mine too) and have a consensus from colleagues and bodies we are affiliated to first.

COVID update. When we closed on the 19th March 2020 we stated then the clinic would remain closed until the beginning of July.
The government's new statement allows medical clinics, dental surgeries, physiotherapy, osteopaths etc to re- open with all the necessary precautions.
HOWEVER at Viridian Medical, I have made the decision to remain closed at least for the next 4 weeks.
Whilst we can mitigate some of these risk , I believe the proximity of working close to patient's face and the possibility of cross contamination even with the best precautions is un-quantified.
I also think there will be a spike in the number of cases, as lock down eases, so the carrier rate may go up , increasing risk. I will continue to re-evaluate the situation and take advice form SAVE FACE and the CQC .
