What a great early afternoon reading tarot in my new premises!

It was so lovely to be back to my roots reading energy and tarot. My heart feels full when I am able to guide people by helping them find clarity on their journey.

This was my first professional reading after a very long hiatus. But how wonderful to read for a client who came to me for a reading 6 years ago, and has never forgotten it ❤️

I will slowly be easing my way back in with bookings as I navigate this new path of hypnosis, sound and healing.

Readings are £35 at the moment for 30-45 minutes, just while I find my feet again.

I will also be offering a Signature Experience for 90 minutes that includes Hypnosis, Sound, Oracle/Tarot and Crystal Healing! Get in touch if you want to know more.

No better way to release under the full moon, than with a fire ritual in my garden under the moonlight 🌕🔥

Using pen to paper, intuitively and automatically writing down everything I’m ready to let go of…
before watching it burn away in the flames.

Then finishing by writing down what I now want to fill that space with,
and beating my shamanic drum to affirm those intentions ✨

This ritual is really powerful, and something I’d highly recommend trying.
If you’re ever looking for someone to do it with one evening, let me know…

What a beautiful evening for the first session of: Weight Loss Hypnosis and Sound Therapy.

In this enchanted space Marie and I welcomed a selection of guests who were either looking to kick start their weightloss journey, or maintain it.

1 hour of full guided hypnosis, alongside the beautiful background frequencies of the crystal signing bowls and drum.

These monthly sessions are fantastic for people who:

● Comfort/boredom eat
● Want to make healthier choices
● Want to kick start their weightloss journey
● Want to maintain their goal weight after the weight loss injection 💉

Helping you to stay focused, aware and determined to reach your healthy goals going forward.

What to do when you feel overwhelmed and can’t switch off...

If you feel like your mind never switches off, you’re not alone.
So many people are carrying more than they realise… mentally, emotionally, and physically.
And when it builds up, your system doesn’t just “turn off” on demand.

It stays alert.
It stays busy.
It keeps going...
..Because your body hasn’t had the chance to fully settle.

Learning how to slow down safely is something most of us were never taught.
But once you start working with your body instead of against it,

I’ve opened up a new slot for Release & Return Hypnosis and Sound Session on:

⏰ 7pm – 8pm

If you’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed, busy in your head, or just feel like you need a proper reset… this is exactly what these sessions are for 🙌

We start with a guided hypnosis to help you let go of whatever you’ve been carrying, and then ease into the sound which just takes you into such a deep level of relaxation.

It’s really calm, really gentle, and honestly just a nice space to come and switch off for a bit.

I keep the groups small so it stays personal... spaces are limited.
