10 ways to feel happier this year 2026:

1. Mind your own business.
Other people’s choices are none of your emotional labour.

2. Stop explaining yourself to people who already decided who you are.

3. Unfollow anything that makes you compare instead of feel inspired.

4. Let people misunderstand you.
Peace is more valuable than being right.

5. Protect your energy like it’s currency.
Don’t spend it on things with no return.

6. Do more of what feels nourishing, less of just what people expect of you.

7. Keep some parts of your life private.
Not everything needs an audience.

8. Release the need to react.
Silence is often the most powerful response.

9. Choose presence over opinion.
You don’t need a take on everything.

10. Focus on your lane, your healing, your life.
Comparison fades when you’re actually living.

Happy New Year to all who celebrated it. 🥳

2026 is a year 1 cycle - bringing new beginnings, self discovery and renewal along with it’s year of the horse energy for drive and powerful forward momentum.

2025 was the end of a 9 year cycle, along with being year of the snake... this meant shedding of old skin for lots of people, including a turbulent year for some, things ending, relationships/friendships coming to a close, along with letting old behaviours and thinking patterns release ready for this year 1 cycle to begin.

If you are looking to start something new - be that a project, hobby, partnership etc, this year is the one. the seeds you sow in this year are important, so make your decisions wisely.

Something special I’ve been working on… ✨

😇 Last weekend I completed my Sound Healing practitioner training — using gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks and learning about rhythm, vibration and intention to support emotional release, grounding and deep nervous system regulation.

It was honestly incredible.
Sound has such an ancient, powerful way of reaching places that other therapies can’t… and everything finally “clicked” for me.

🙏 So I’m very excited to share that I will now be offering:
• 1:1 Sound Healing sessions
• Group sound journeys

🤫 But there’s something else I’m quietly creating behind the scenes…
A completely unique experience that blends sound, trance, imagination and energy work into one inner sanctuary. Hypnotherapy and sound healing combined.
A place you can only enter through the mind — my private “Sound Healing Room” that exists within you, guided by my voice and frequency.

This will be a space for deep rest, emotional release, vision journeying, and the kind of healing that feels almost otherworldly.
It’s unlike anything I’ve offered before… and I’ll be sharing more about it soon 🌱

It feels like the missing piece to the work I already do. A way of helping people drop into calm, clarity and release.

Ever feel like your brain just won’t switch off even when your body’s begging for rest?
You replay conversations, plan ahead, and keep scrolling for inspiration at 1 a.m. because slowing down feels… wrong somehow.

This is your nervous system stuck in go-mode.
When you’ve spent years tying your worth to achievement, rest can feel unsafe... like if you stop, everything will fall apart.

But here’s the truth: your mind is protecting you in the only way it knows how.
It learned that control keeps you safe, productivity keeps you loved, and perfection keeps you accepted.
You don’t have to fight it, and you CAN retrain it.

✨ Start small.
Pause for one conscious breath between tasks.
Write down the thoughts that keep looping.
Put your phone down 30 minutes before bed.
Let rest become a practice, not just a reward 🌙
