Who needs a break ? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Great first group hypnotherapy session 🧡
The same refresh you get from a 2 week holiday abroad... but in under an hour! ☀️

The focus this evening was all about relaxation and guiding people to their inner calm, allowing them to fully relax and let go of any of life's stresses.

Hypnosis is such a wonderful tool in unlocking the minds power, taking you back to exactly where you need to be ✨️

I will be running these relaxation sessions for small groups of 3, once a month, giving you the mental break and reset you need to get you straight back in the game.

All tied up with tea and biscuits at the end as you settle into your new state of calm.

Alongside these relaxation sessions, I will also be running a themed session each month on a different topic. Next months topic of choice will be Anxiety... come and join me to gain relief and implement the change you need to release your anxious ways.

I learnt the hard way that healing is a process. Pain is still apart of it and it's not a one size fits all. You can heal and move forward, but still be pulled back to that pain, this time revisiting it with new eyes, a fresh perspective, and a different part of you to heal. Sit with it. Allow it. Release it. The more you push it away, the longer it will take to release. What we learn from, we move on from. You've got this 🧡

If your healing feels heavy lately, it doesn’t mean you’re going backwards.
It means your body finally feels safe enough to release what it’s been holding.

For a long time, your nervous system was in protection mode... survival first, feeling later.
When the danger passes, the brain slowly gives your body permission to feel again.
That’s why tears, exhaustion, or even anger can rise out of nowhere.
It’s not relapse. It’s release.

Psychologically, this is how the mind rewires.
When your subconscious realises you’re safe, it brings old emotions to the surface so they can finish what they started.
Grief, sadness, frustration... they’re signals that your system finally trusts you enough to let go.

You can’t rush that.
You can’t think your way through it.
You can only meet it, breathe into it, and let your body complete what your mind survived.

This is the quiet part of healing that no one talks about.
The messy, emotional middle that means it’s working.

So if everything feels raw right now, don’t fight it.
You’re not falling apart. You’re unfreezing 🧡🙏

Energy is everywhere. In what we see, think, feel and touch. It's like a magnet. What we put out, surround ourselves with and manifest, we receive back. Seek calm, and you will attract calm. Spending my off days around a beautiful natural spring like this to cultivate peace into my life.
