Our Yoga Foundation Course offers a broad and holistic base of practices designed to help students deepen their understanding and experience of yoga.
It’s ideal for anyone who wants to explore yoga in more detail, enrich their personal practice, and develop practical skills that support everyday life.
Across eleven days of training, taught over five monthly weekends, you’ll receive:
• 70 hours of teaching
• Two comprehensive course manuals
• A supportive environment to grow and reflect
• One fully-inclusive residential weekend in the Devon countryside
• Four non-residential weekends at The Lotus Loft, Exeter (Sat & Sun, 10 am–5 pm)
• A balanced blend of practice, study and discussion
The Foundation Course can also be an excellent springboard for those considering yoga teacher training in the future. It is a prerequisite for our 500-hour Teacher Training Course (if other requirements are not already met), making it a solid first step for anyone wondering whether teaching might be part of their path.
