I'm Ceri and I offer a range of relaxing, holistic treatments to enhance your wellbeing. I work from a beautiful garden treatment room in the village of Silverton, near Exeter. Reflexology is a holistic therapy that can give you a number of fantastic benefits such as stress reduction, increased energy, improved circulation, detoxification, enhanced sleep and a release of endorphins - to name just

a few. It's a deeply rewarding treatment which can help the body to feel more balanced and give you a sense of wellbeing. I also specialise in reflexology for perimenopause and menopause - please message for more information. Other treatments offered are Indian Head Massage, holistic facials and dermaplaning facials.

Back from a few days away in Margate and Whitstable which was sooooo lovely ☀️🌊🖼️🥂🦪

It’s not a part of the country I’m familiar with as it’s so far from Devon! It was really great to catch up with family, explore both towns and also an impromptu visit to old school friend exhibition in Margate!

It’s a non pupil day today so I’m back in the treatment room tomorrow. Fully booked this week but I have some availability from Monday 27th 😊

🎃I love to celebrate Halloween and for me it’s about All Hallows’ Eve which is a night signifying remembrance, gratitude and the changing of the seasons 🍂

Long before it became all about costumes and trick or treating, this time of year was known as Samhain - an ancient Celtic festival marking the end of harvest and the beginning of winter. It was a time to give thanks for the abundance of the year, to honour loved ones who had passed and to light candles as symbols of warmth and guidance through the darker months ahead🕯️

Whilst I enjoy a spooky film, a few creepy decorations and a pumpkin or two, what I truly love celebrating is the magic of autumn, the beauty of letting go and the comfort of home.

It’s a soulful pause in the turning of the year and a chance to gather, remember and give thanks🌙🍁✨

Had my first ‘run’ this evening after spraining my ankle a couple of weeks ago 🏃‍♀️
It was more of a gentle jog than anything but oh my, the autumn sun made it so worth it 🍂☀️ The countryside was glowing and it felt amazing to be moving again (even if my ankle isn’t quite 100% yet!).

✨ Also, I’ve had a last minute appointment become available tomorrow at 10.30am.
