📅 Emergency First Aid at Work (1 Day)
🗓 11th February
Ideal for low-risk workplaces. Covers essential life-saving skills including CPR, use of AEDs, choking, bleeding, and emergency response.

📅 First Aid at Work (3 Day)
🗓 11th – 13th February
A more in-depth course for higher-risk environments. Covers all Emergency First Aid topics plus injuries, illnesses, workplace scenarios, and full HSE-approved content.
