It's hard to fit all the team in for treatments so we organised a swap day yesterday. We each had a 90 minute massage...and it wasn't long enough!!

😿 Pain into the shoulder, arm or hand could be coming from one of the rotator cuff muscles
🔎 Assessing the area, and whole body, means we can locate the culprit
