Medical Aesthetics Health and Wellness Clinic. We are Obagi Medical Ambassadors and can treat a wide range of skin concerns.

We are an award winning clinic that specialises in Medical Aesthetics, which includes facial injectables, with a particular focus on full face rejuvenation. Astra and Holly are both Independent Nurse Prescribers and have been practising within the specialism for over 7 years. Astra also co owns a training academy where she teaches other Drs and Nurses Medical Aesthetics and sits on a panel as an advisor for aesthetics complications for the U.K., she also sits on the board for the International College of Aesthetics Nurses representing the South West. Holly practises Aesthetics part time and is a Nurse Practitioner in A&E, Holly has worked all over the U.K. at some very prestigious high profile clinics including Harley Street. We also offer a wide range of in clinic skin treatments including Obagi facials, chemical peels, aqua gold micro needling infusion facials and the Envy facial, all these treatments are carried out by our highly qualified aesthetician and skin therapist Emily. We all pride ourselves on giving you “A Little Enhancement”.

Every appointment starts with a thorough consultation because no two lips (or faces!) are ever the same.

Before any treatment, we take time to really understand you what you’d like to achieve, what’s been bothering you, and how we can create results that feel natural, balanced, and completely tailored.

In this consultation, we’re assessing lip shape, symmetry, and overall facial harmony because beautiful results are all about balance, not just volume 👄

We also talk about factors you might not even realise play a role… like hormonal changes that can affect the lips over time, contributing to fine lines (yes, even if you’ve never smoked!).

Louise, our new Clinical Operations Lead! She brings 27 years of dental experience, working on the care side during surgeries, assisting with complex procedures, and holding a deep knowledge of clinical standards and compliance. She is also GDC registered. Having had a few treatments with us herself, Louise has really enjoyed the improvements in her own skin health and is excited to dive deeper into the industry. She looking forward to meet all of our lovely patients! In her free time, Louise loves beach walks with her dog Hector, who wears goggles in the car sticking his head out the window and loving life. She also enjoys socializing with friends and reading. We’re so excited to have her on board! ⁣

Fun fact about Louise is that she was featured on Spotlight for shed of the year, with her 1970’s retro retreat.

Before and after – Observ skin scan results

These results were achieved using Obagi medical-grade skincare.
The scan shows a noticeable reduction in pigmentation and excess sebum, indicating improved skin clarity and balance.

There is also visible improvement in the under-eye area, with reduced darkness suggesting better collagen support and elasticity.

Overall, we’re seeing a significant enhancement in skin tone, texture, and general skin health.

A little look at what we got up to in February outside the clinic doors ✨

Emily spent the month celebrating Valentine’s with her fiancé , enjoying long dog walks and coffee dates ☕️

Nina filled her February with Pilates, dinners out, beach walks, pancake day treats and a lovely Galentine’s celebration 💖

Astra travelled to Thailand, where she practised yoga, visited temples, tried Muay Thai, swam in the sea and celebrated her 42nd birthday! 🎈

We’re big believers that looking after yourself outside of work matters just as much as what we do inside the clinic - we’re excited to see what March will bring, inside and outside the clinic!
