A Little Enhancement Medical Aesthetics Health and Wellness Clinic. We are Obagi Medical Ambassadors and can treat a wide range of skin concerns.

We are an award winning clinic that specialises in Medical Aesthetics, which includes facial injectables, with a particular focus on full face rejuvenation. Astra and Holly are both Independent Nurse Prescribers and have been practising within the specialism for over 7 years. Astra also co owns a training academy where she teaches other Drs and Nurses Medical Aesthetics and sits on a panel as an advisor for aesthetics complications for the U.K., she also sits on the board for the International College of Aesthetics Nurses representing the South West. Holly practises Aesthetics part time and is a Nurse Practitioner in A&E, Holly has worked all over the U.K. at some very prestigious high profile clinics including Harley Street. We also offer a wide range of in clinic skin treatments including Obagi facials, chemical peels, aqua gold micro needling infusion facials and the Envy facial, all these treatments are carried out by our highly qualified aesthetician and skin therapist Emily. We all pride ourselves on giving you “A Little Enhancement”.

UK Government to introduce legislation to regulate and licence cosmetic procedures 🔈

New protections announced intended to safeguard the public and restore trust in the sector:

👉🏼Only healthcare professionals will be allowed to perform the highest-risk procedures, including non-surgical Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs)

👉🏼 Mandatory licensing for clinics offering Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers - with strict standards for training, hygiene, and insurance

👉🏼 Age restrictions to protect under-18s from social media-fuelled treatment trends

👉🏼 Action on rogue operators whose botched work causes physical harm and adds cost to the NHS

👉🏼CQC regulation required for highest-risk treatments

Health Minister Karin Smyth MP says:

Having 11 years of experience in the medical profession where she trained in minor surgery, joint injections, emergency medicine, plastic surgery and women’s health. She has now been carrying out aesthetic treatments for the last 2 years and is still working as an NHS doctor.

HIFU targets the deeper layers of the skin without damaging the surface, encouraging the body’s natural regenerative processes, resulting in firmer, healthier, and more youthful-looking skin over time.

These results were achieved with a single HIFU session with the ‘after’ photo being taken just four months post-treatment. 🙌🏼
