My background as a therapist is in osteopathy and naturopathy. Being of a naturally sensitive and perceptive disposition I quickly moved into the field of cranial osteopathy, later craniosacral therapy and more recently biodynamic craniosacral therapy. I understand my reputation lies in the accuracy of my perceptive ability, my skills in working with children and babies and because I frequently make a good difference to physical, emotional and mental health issues. Alongside my professional development my personal process has experientially involved bioenergetic therapy, rebirthing, meditation, psychic development and energy healing.

I completely agree with this and first came across to he work of Linus Pauling 45 years ago. He was also a great exponent of vitamin C. We should all be taking supplements of trace mineralsand vitamin C daily, ideally from a natural source

Dr. Linus Pauling, a two-time Nobel Prize winner, famously stated that "you can trace every disease and every ailment to a mineral deficiency." This profound insight speaks to the critical role that minerals play in our overall health. Many modern ailments, from fatigue to chronic conditions, can be attributed to a lack of essential minerals in our diet.

Ayurveda has long emphasized the importance of a balanced diet filled with the right nutrients. The ancient science acknowledges that deficiencies in essential elements like calcium, magnesium, and zinc can lead to physical and mental imbalances. By nourishing the body with whole foods, we can support our health at a cellular level.

This understanding highlights the need for more mindful eating habits and the importance of incorporating a wide variety of minerals into your diet. Ayurveda encourages the use of herbs, spices, and whole foods to maintain that balance and prevent deficiency-related ailments. 🌱💊

If you are considering having a MRI scan using a contrast dye, think again. The toxic heavy metal, glanodinium , used in the dye causes kidney damage and can cause multiple organs failure. Glanodinium is a foreign metal to the human body and the body fails to excrete it so it accumates in the tissues causing harm.

🚨Toxic metal used in MRI scans can leave dangerous nanoparticles in your body – even after a single scan.

Here’s what scientists found.

A new study from the University of New Mexico has revealed that gadolinium, a toxic rare earth metal used in MRI contrast agents, can form dangerous nanoparticles in human tissue — even after a single dose.

While gadolinium is usually administered in a "safe" chelated form to help visualize organs during scans, researchers found that it can break free and react with oxalic acid, a natural compound found in certain foods and supplements. This reaction creates toxic crystalline nanoparticles that can accumulate in the kidneys, skin, heart, and lungs, potentially triggering severe inflammation and immune responses.

One of the most alarming findings is the link to nephrogenic systemic fibrosis (NSF) — a rare but devastating condition that can cause skin thickening, chronic pain, and organ failure. “People have succumbed after just a single dose,” said lead researcher Dr. Brent Wagner. Nearly half of the patients studied had only one exposure to contrast-enhanced MRI. These results may explain why some individuals suffer long-term complications, despite minimal exposure. Scientists are now developing a global registry to detect gadolinium traces in hair, urine, blood, and nails, with the goal of identifying those most at risk and improving future safety protocols.

This is important for adults to do, not just to protect the central nervous system (brain) of your child.

This is important for adults to do, not just to protect the central nervous system (brain) of your child.

At night, when your child is fast asleep, their brain is hard at work. It's not just resting, it's actively rewiring, processing memories, forming neural connections, and boosting emotional regulation. Sleep is when real development happens. But scientists are starting to warn about something we can’t see, wireless signals.

Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, baby monitors, and even phones left near the bed emit non-ionizing electromagnetic fields (EMFs). While these signals are considered safe in small doses, the concern is constant, chronic exposure, especially during sleep when the body is supposed to repair and reset. Children are more vulnerable because their skulls are thinner, their brains are still developing, and they sleep longer hours.

Some studies suggest that EMF exposure at night may affect sleep quality, reduce melatonin production, and potentially interfere with healthy brain development. Although the science isn’t conclusive, the precautionary principle applies, better safe than sorry.

Turning off Wi-Fi at night, keeping phones out of bedrooms, and placing routers away from sleeping areas are simple steps that may help. Protecting your child’s sleep isn’t just about bedtime routines. It’s about guarding the invisible space around them.

Their growth depends on rest, not radiation.

I do agree with this. If you think about it even logically, it's such an insane thing to do

More truths coming out about the flawed COVID vaccines and vaccination programmes. Best advice is not be taken in by the next generation of genetically engineered vaccines and the next pandemic, which we are already being warned is coming.

🚨 The European Commission, led by German politician Ursula von der Leyen, has admitted that COVID mRNA vaccines were rolled out without complete safety data, as reported by the Berliner Zeitung.

The rushed authorization prioritized speed and profit over rigorous safety protocols, putting millions at risk.

The "trust the science" mantra was used to silence valid concerns, while dissenters faced censorship, ostracism, and professional ruin.

In Germany, vaccines were effectively mandated through coercive policies: the unvaccinated were barred from restaurants, public events, travel, and many workplaces, essentially excluded from society.

Healthcare workers faced strict mandates, and relentless government and media campaigns branded the unvaccinated as threats, fracturing families and communities.

This wasn’t choice—it was forced compliance through exclusion.
