This is your nudge to give yourself permission to stop, rest, reflect, nourish your body mind and spirit!

I am hearing so many of my clients talking about ā€˜no free weekends until Christmas’ ā€˜ this time of year being so busy’ ā€˜feeling exhausted’.

I finished a course on Menopause today, one of two that I am working through. What inspired me to enrol was that I realised how little I knew about something that is inevitably going to happen to me one day!

There is so much negativity around this time in a woman’s life, and yes I know for some women the whole experience is a complete s**t storm. That is the reality. I wish it wasn’t like this for them.

I also now know how women in midlife have often suffered; being placed in asylums because of ā€˜madness’ and witches burnt at the stake were all probably women in midlife, at some point in the transition that is menopause.

How amazing would it be if society looked at women in midlife and said ā€˜ah yeah, she’s stepped into her power, her wisdom, her knowing. She is happy in her skin’. How amazing would it be to celebrate this ā€˜season’, ā€˜chapter’ of life! I’m up for that! Are you?

I am on a mission to do this for myself. My approach to exercise has changed. I am far more mindful of how I eat. My wine intake is still too high….I’m still human after all! šŸ˜‰ Living cyclically, holistically! I’d love to share this with you!
