Working with vulnerable seniors can be fun and so rewarding . Participation is always an option for the residents but invariably they love to join in ✨
Upa Yoga: Maintaining movement & joint mobility, controlling & expanding breathing, positive affirmations, in a calm, peaceful, caring environment. We're never too old to give it a try✨

Profile: Simon says according to his Oura Ring, he burns around 900 calories every time he comes to class. Coming to a 90 minute yoga class, once a week for about 2 months now, he also says that the constant, dull ache under his shoulder blade is practically gone. ✨🧘‍♂️✨Great job Simon!🙏 You speak - we listen 😇
