This Sunday 8th March, I’m celebrating International Women’s Day with a powerful theme: Give to Gain 💜✨
As a trained Menopause Movement coach, I’ve chosen to give my knowledge, my support, and my evidence-based expertise to the 13+ million women in the UK navigating menopause — because when women gain strength, confidence and vitality, we all rise 🙌
Menopause isn’t “just a phase.” It impacts body composition, energy levels, mental health, mobility and even injury risk. It can affect confidence and the ability to stay active. And yet, so many trainers and health professionals receive little or no formal guidance in this area.
That’s why I’ve invested in specialist training. I understand the multi-faceted complexities of menopause and how crucial it is for women to maintain lean muscle mass, stay strong, and protect long-term health 💪
