Cervical screening is a simple, routine test that helps detect early changes before they turn into cervical cancer.

It’s completely normal to feel a bit nervous, many people do. Our friendly Nursing team will take time to explain everything, answer your questions, and help you feel at ease throughout your appointment. You can also bring someone with you and go at a pace you're comfortable with. 💛

Managing Coughs & Colds at Home ❄️

You can help ease the symptoms of a cold by:
✅ Getting plenty of rest
✅ Drinking fluids such as water regularly
✅ Eating healthy food
✅ Gargling salt water to soothe a sore throat (not suitable for children)
✅ Trying a hot lemon and honey drink to sooth a sore throat
✅ Keeping warm

Antibiotics don't work for colds, as they're usually caused by viruses.

Contact NHS 111 or your GP if symptoms are getting worse, or last longer than 10 days - especially for those with long-term conditions.
