Yesterday, Mark, gave an informative talk to the residents at Millbrook Village in Exeter on the topic of Preventing Falls and Hospitalisation.

This topic is crucial this time of year when the dark nights roll in and the paths start to get icy. Mark teaches lifestyle changes and handy tips on how to avoid trips and falls wherever possible. 💡

Holly visited our client, John, the other day to wish him a Happy 103rd Birthday! John has been with us for 4 years now and enjoys visits from his carers. His favourite meal is a fry up cooked by his Care Professional, Karla in the new pan that he bought especially! When he saw what Karla had cooked for him, he said it was "Fit for a King" - well done Karla 💚 How lovely 🥓🍳
