Born from a passion
RunFit was born from a passion of running together with an understanding of the importance of strength and conditioning. Not only for running but for health, fitness and wellbeing in general.
Back in 2016, after her third child, Victoria returned to running and entered her first marathon. Three years later she has gone on to run three more marathons, multiple half marathons and has gained a championship qualification for the London Marathon (2020). Her drive, ambition and passion for the sport has nurtured this progression, together with a tailored strength and conditioning plan. Victoria now wants to utilise her experience and expertise to help others achieve their goals.
As a qualified personal trainer, Victoria understands the vital role played by a structured strength and conditioning program. Often underestimated and omitted from training plans, a focussed S&C plan is crucial in the achievement of aerobic and endurance goals, whilst also promoting and supporting general health and wellbeing.
Because of this she can provide not only tailored strength plans for runners, but also one-to-one fitness plans for clients at all levels. Victoria can provide coaching support up to marathon distance as well as help and advice on mobility, myofascial release and stretching.
