January is always a hard month for many people but I notice the elderly struggle alot more too.
It's been a busy busy week with lots of chit chat which makes me feel like I haven't done much work but my lovely client today mentioned how he felt alot happier just having a chat and how it sets him up for the day!

I love hearing all the stories new and old.

Don't forget the elderly even a 5 min chat can help there day feel better 😘😁

Happy new year 🥳 I cant quiet belive we are more than a week in to 2025 already!
I have been super busy getting stuck back in to work after having a much needed break over xmas!

Hope all my clients and families had a lovely xmas and new year , looking forward to what this year brings :)
