A book can change everything 📚
This World Book Night, we’re celebrating the power of stories to inspire, educate, and connect us.
What are you reading right now? 👇

From 7pm to 8pm on 23 April, people across the UK dedicate time to reading. They do this in lots on different ways; reading alone, having a book club meeting, listening to an audiobook, or reading to children at bedtime to make it a family activity.

For Stress Awareness Month we are sharing our love of cooking!

Ever notice how cooking or baking instantly calms your mind? 🍳🧁

There’s a reason for that. When you’re in the kitchen, you’re fully present — measuring, mixing, tasting. It pulls you away from overthinking and brings you into the moment. That’s mindfulness in action.

The repetitive motions (stirring, kneading, chopping) can be soothing.

At Lewis Support, our Assistive Technologists and Occupational Therapist can help you to be more independent in the kitchen. We can support with kitchen aids, adaptations, smart technology, pacing, tips and more.
