Still spaces left for a whole day of lying down still, getting cosy with blankets and pillows, being guided into three a yogic sleep practises. Crafting together, eating cake and drinking tea.

No expectations, no experience needed, bring along a friend, a mother, a daughter. This is a day of deep deep rest, a Winter hibernation of stillness, quiet, calm, recharge.
I hope you can come along and if not, may be you know someone who might like to, this is such a magical experience to give yourself a whole day of proper rest.

Square breathing. Have you tried it before ? Super easy, you can do it anywhere. Especially good if you are feeling stressed or just want to check in on how you feel right now. Slows the heart and regulates the nervous system.

Count 4 seconds inhale, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds and hold for 4 seconds and repeat ###
