Full time Business Admin required Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Duties and responsibilities:
To provide effective support to the Registered Managers and Directors.
To be responsible for all aspect of recruitment, including advertisements, dealing with all enquires, booking interviews, references, ensuring that all trackers are kept up to date.
Responsible for the set up and monitoring of training for new and existing staff
Responsible for all setting up and monitoring of all staff HR and training files
Responsible for the ordering and monitoring PPE
To monitor stock control i.e uniforms
To provide administrative duties and assist in the running of the office and taking instructions accordingly: photocopying, filing, scanning, typing, amending and printing documentation as instructed.
To provide an effective and efficient reception service, including switchboard operation, greeting & signing in visitors, and documentation handling.
Provide a courteous and helpful service to all clients, visitors and staff
Acting as a liaison between your manager, staff and clients: taking calls and messages and possibly making calls on your managers' behalf.
To assist with the planning, preparation and delivery of Care services.
To provide support to the delivery of effective Financial Management systems.
To assist in general housekeeping duties.
Any other duties as requested by your Manager, which may be necessary from time to time. Ok
