How does Reproflexology™ work?

The primary care is centred around the people rather than symptoms.

We combine conventional and complementary therapies which focus on treating the whole person, rather than just isolated symptoms. This is called "integrative medicine".

Reproflexology™ uses specific and prescriptive treatment protocols to address fertility health for both men and women.

This includes providing support to:

- regulate menstrual cycles and ensure that each stage is functioning at its best
- improve s***m production and functionality
- assist any underlying conditions – male or female
- track improvements by using results from medical testing
- enhance both physical and mental health to optimal levels

Our Reproflexologists are all trained to our exacting standards and offer excellent care. Helping our families conceive naturally or with medical assistance.

You can find your local Reproflexologist via our global directory on our website.

If someone you care about is going through fertility problems here are a few ways you can support them.

Create a safe space for them to share and really listen. It can be tempting to offer positive stories of successful pregnancies that you've heard about or tell them they've got time.

Whilst this might feel like your helping it could add to the pressure they are already feeling. Leading them to question why it hasn't happened yet. Stress is something we want to reduce when a person is trying for a baby.

You could offer to attend the difficult appointments with them. Especially if they are for fertility treatments or if they are perhaps receiving results of testing, even just sitting in the waiting room shows how much you care and how much you support them with their journey.

It's in our nature to want to solve problems and relieve loved ones when they are sad, worried and upset. The best thing you can do is be there, let them feel and sit with them.

Just before the summer we announced we had welcomed 3 ladies to our training team, Anne-Marie, Jill and Rima. Today we wanted to share a picture of each of them with you.

Each of them has been working within complementary therapy and natural healthcare for many years and have personally used our Reproflexology™ protocols to help many families on their fertility path. They can share their first hand experiences during the training.

If you visit https://reproductivereflexologists.org/reproflexology-training/ you can learn more about each of them and visit their websites to book on for a course.

And congratulations again to Anne-Marie, Jill and Rima on completing the trainer course with Barbara. Well done 👏

Sharing a pregnancy success story today:

"I saw one of your members for fertility reflexology after suffering several recurrent pregnancy losses.

From the first appointment your reflexologist was knowledgeable, approachable and sensitive to my situation.

After every appointment I always felt super relaxed and recharged on another level!

The reproductive reflexologist worked on different areas depending on where I was in my cycle and she also gave me some pressure points for both my husband and I to work on in between my appointments.

After a couple of months of treatments I fell pregnant with a successful pregnancy and carried on with my reflexology treatments throughout the pregnancy.

I will always be grateful to your member for helping us and I believe that the reflexology contributed to us having a successful pregnancy and welcoming our son into the world."

Isn't that wonderful? We have trained reproductive reflexologists all over the UK and beyond. Our directory of members is global. Visit our website to find one local to you.

Many women come to see our reproductive reflexologists feeling frustrated and disheartened after trying to conceive without success. Often, they’ve never been taught how their menstrual cycle truly works or how small imbalances can affect fertility.

One of the things we spend a lot of time on is education. Understanding your cycle is so important when trying to get pregnant.

We offer specialised reflexology for fertility, but our support goes beyond that. We often use tools like OvuSense and cycle tracking to gain deeper insights, and we help women understand things like their luteal phase length, ovulation timing, and progesterone levels.

The luteal phase is the second half of your cycle, starting after ovulation and ending when your next period begins. It’s during this time that your body prepares for a potential pregnancy. If this phase is too short or not properly supported, it can make it harder to conceive.

What we often see is that under stress, the cycle can become irregular or imbalanced. That’s why our approach focuses on gently supporting and rebalancing each phase of the cycle, while also holding space for the emotional side of this journey.

If you’ve been trying to conceive and feel like something’s being missed, know that there is help available. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Our reproductive reflexologists are here to listen, to guide, and to support you every step of the way.

Still unsure about reproductive reflexology? You're not alone.

Many mums, and hopeful parents, come to us feeling sceptical. They’ve heard about reproductive reflexology through a friend, an article, or even a healthcare provider, but they’re not convinced it could really help.

And that’s okay. Scepticism is completely valid.

What most people don’t realise is that reproductive reflexology is far more than a relaxing foot treatment. Our trained practitioners are deeply knowledgeable in the complexities of both female and male reproductive health. They may suggest fertility-related tests, guide you in tracking your temperature, and support changes in lifestyle, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.

Because fertility is never just about one thing. It’s a whole-body, whole-couple journey.

We’ve supported people with PCOS, endometriosis, and those going through IVF or assisted conception. Some have been told they may never conceive, and yet they have gone on to have success stories of their own.

We see your frustration. We honour your sadness. And we’re here to support you with compassion, science-based care and hope.

Want to find someone who understands the full picture? You can connect with a local reproductive reflexologist via our website.
