Walking, with no EarPods, just being in the moment connecting to the beauty of nature this time of year

Cold Water, this time the tank not the sea

Hot Cocoa, not quite a cacao ritual but certainly made slow on the stovetop with nice ingredients and a few supplements for good measure

Happy International Self Care Day!

This time of year can feel very busy-school holidays, social and family commitments, the pressure to enjoy the summer (ha!). It can really impact our health, physically and mentally.

Self care is important, and doesn't just mean having a massage (although it can be physically relaxing, and mentally empowering to claim some time just for you), even small acts of Self care can have really positive benefits. You could go for a short walk, read for 10 minutes, have a cuppa in the garden or even have a quick 40 winks. It can improve your mood, combat stress and increase your energy.

Make this the day you start doing something for you 💜

Due to a fantastic opportunity, I am now offering appointments at Torbay and Teign Chiropractic Healthcare Clinic.
I'm in Teignmouth on Tuesday mornings, and in Torquay Fridays and alternate Saturday mornings.

Belatedly sending New Years greetings to you all 😊

This year has started with a bang! I'm very busy and have seen lots of new clients. The only drawback is, I'm not taking the time to look after myself, advice I give to my cients all the time. At this dark and cold time of year we should be cosying up, not pressurising ourselves with Resolutions!
Imbolc is on the way, soon our energy will rise, bulbs and new growth will appear. We will want to be more active and outside. Until then, snuggle up, rest and take it easy on yourselves.

Happy 3rd December!
I had planned some special offers and giveaways during this month, but have had to postpone my social media campaign due to catching Coronavirus and conjunctivitis at the same time!! Feeling fairly awful, and obviously had to postpone a lot of clients. Apologies to these lovely understanding people, and I hope to be back soon.
In the meantime, here's a little clip of my naughty cat when I was planning this months do do list!

So, I'm hard at work at The Body Retreat in Andalusia! Although it has been very hot, there was also a lot of rain earlier in the year, which has led to more wild flowers than I've ever seen here 😊
