I’ve been seeing Tammy for eighteen months, during which time she’s helped turn me from a puny old woman into a stronger and fitter mature woman!

Tammy always tunes in to how I’m feeling and works at a pace which challenges me but acknowledges my limitations. She is very skilled at identifying where my body needs building up, and makes sure my technique is correct, to make the exercises as effective as possible. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain relevant stuff to me.

Tammy constantly pushes me to improve, and is extremely encouraging, giving me lots of positive feedback. She is always upbeat and I leave my session feeling better than when I arrived - no mean feat!
