Over the next few weeks we will be seeing less and less of the site in the dark!! ⭐️🌙

It’s been an incredible winter, with many nights of stargazing, moon-bows, even some shooting stars have been spotted 💫

But with spring just around the corner, even our latest session is starting to lighten up!! So if you’ve been loving the saunas in the dark on our site, be sure to book up over the next week or two to see the last of the saunas under the stars 🤩🔥

Wild swimmers! We need your help!

Do you have a favourite wild swimming spot you return to again and again? Would you love to add a wood fired sauna into your sacred space?

Here's the idea: if you introduce us to the owner of a wild swimming location and we go on to set up a You Can Sauna experience there, you get free saunas at that location for life!

We're You Can Sauna, we create wood-fired sauna experiences in beautiful natural outdoor settings, and we're looking to grow into new locations. As avid wild swimmers ourselves we would love to able to bring more sauna to the water.

Ever wondered why people pour water on the sauna rocks? 💧🔥

When water hits the hot rocks, it instantly turns into steam. This raises the humidity inside the sauna, making the heat feel deeper and more intense without actually increasing the temperature 💦

The steam also helps open your pores, makes the heat feel smoother on your skin, and creates that relaxing wave of warmth you feel when it rises through the room 🔥

We are so excited to announce that we will be opening a new sauna location right next to the River Dart🤩🔥

This is a super exciting location, with access to the river for your refreshing cold plunges and a toasty sauna to jump back in to! ❄️🥵

We will have more information soon and will be updating you all through our socials on the progress of the site, we’re crossing our fingers for a May opening, so not long for you all to wait 😌🤩

Celebrating the Spring Equinox at You Can Sauna☀️

We have two amazing events running on Friday 20th March (i.e the Spring Equinox):

1:45 - 3:15pm: Sauna ritual with , running during the Spring Equinox and celebrating the arrival of Spring through hot and cold sauna sessions 😌 A few spaces left, tickets can be booked via the Sweat and Reset Instagram page!

7:00 - 8:30pm: Be Your Song, and immersive sauna experience with connecting the elements of the body with those of nature. Combing mindfulness, music, breath work, and movement. To book, please go to our website and visit the ‘bookings’ tab. This session works on a sliding scale to foster community, hence the different pricing options displayed 😇

We’re so looking forward to welcoming in lighter days and sharing the experience with you all at our sauna 🌅🔥
