As we near the end of Breast Cancer Now I am looking forward to meeting members of the Exmouth (and hopefully Honiton & Sidmouth) Breast Cancer Support Groups and showing how reflexology and particularly can help throughout a cancer journey.

Inspired by the changing season and Diwali, I've had fun making my Rubicon Reflexology treatment room a little more cosy. The heated blanket has been very popular with clients so far!

Thank you to all the lovely visitors and stallholders I had the pleasure to treat at the Exeter Cathedral Autumn Fair this week.

33 treatments over 9 hours across the two days...my hands and vocal chords are needing a rest!

Thank you to PVM Supplies Ltd, glerups and Quickprint Ltd for the speedy turnaround on my new work polo shirts, work booties and reprinted leaflets that enabled me to feel & look professional.

It was good to be able to recommend my colleague Laura Turner Osteopathy to some folk who might benefit from her skills alongside some reflexology.
