Lovely to be out in the spring sunshine, offering alfresco free Rubicon Reflexology hand reflexology taster treatments at St Katherines Priory Community Cafe until 1pm.

There's also two lovely NHS nurses offering advice, free health checks, blood pressure checks and vaccine info.

Come down and admire the efforts of Dave and Mike in the grounds and grab something delicious to eat at the cafe....

I'll be back here on Sunday for the Spring Fayre on Sunday too when the miniature railway will be here too!

Really looking forward to being part of the fun at St Michael and All Angels, Mount Dinham, Exeter on Saturday from 1100 - 1500.

Celebrating the coming of spring with a nature/wildlife theme including stalls from Devon Wildlife Trust, RSPB and a talk about the peregrines which nest on the church. Plus the opportunity to have a free Rubicon Reflexology hand reflexology taster treatment too!

Happy International Women's Day!

Breakfast event at Lympstone Manor - Relais & Châteaux was a fantastic end to a brilliantly busy week.

Excellent speakers Hannah from Purely Nourishing and Kevin & Liz from Coraline Organic Skincare, whilst enjoying a delicious breakfast in a beautiful setting, overlooking the Lympstone Manor vineyard and Exe estuary.

A timely reminder to take care of ourselves within the often hectic worlds of women today. I learnt so much about both gut health and skincare and met inspiring women from Engineers to Interior Designers!
